1. Delivery & Revisions

At Ideal Proposal, we offer flexible revision options based on the selected delivery timeline:

• 1-Day Delivery: Up to 10 revisions
• 2-Day Delivery: Up to 5 revisions
• 3-Day Delivery: Up to 5 revisions

Revisions include minor changes, formatting adjustments, and content refinements. Major changes or complete rework may be treated as a new project.

2. Editing Scope

Revisions cover:

• Text edits and corrections
• Layout and formatting improvements
• Minor design adjustments

Revisions do not include:

• Changing the entire concept
• Switching to a completely different business idea
• Large-scale restructuring beyond the original scope

3. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a return/refund option within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• If the delivered work does not meet the agreed requirements
• If no revisions were able to resolve the issue

Refunds will not be applicable if:

• The client has approved the final work
• Required information was not provided by the client
• The project was completed as per the agreed scope

4. Additional Services

The following services are not included in standard packages and will be charged separately if required:

• SWOT Analysis
• Market Analysis
• Infographics / Visual Data Design

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and high-quality delivery, clients must provide:

• Complete business details
• Required data and information
• Clear instructions and expectations

Delays in providing required data may affect delivery time and revisions.

6. Additional Requirements

Any extra features, sections, or content not initially agreed upon may require:

• Additional time
• Additional cost

We will always inform you before proceeding with any extra work.
